Light App: A UPI-based mobile application owned and operated by [Profitag Technologies Private Limited], enabling UPI transactions including those via RuPay Credit Cards.YES BANK Credit Card: A RuPay Credit Card issued by YES BANK and eligible for UPI-linked transactions as permitted by NPCI.UPI: Unified Payments Interface, a payment system regulated by NPCI.Mindgate:The technical service provider facilitating UPI integration for the App.

You must hold a valid YES BANK RuPay Credit Card and comply with all applicable KYC and authentication requirements. Only users permitted by NPCI and YES BANK for UPI Credit Card linking are eligible for onboarding.

You authorize Light App to access and process your card information for the purpose of enabling UPI transactions.

You provide consent for sharing required data with YES BANK, NPCI, and authorized third parties (including Mindgate) for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.You may use your YES BANK Credit Card via UPI for eligible merchant transactions as permitted by NPCI and YES BANK.ATM withdrawals, P2P transfers, and cashbacks are not permitted through this channel unless otherwise explicitly allowed.Credit card limit usage via UPI is subject to YES BANK and NPCI-defined policies.

Any fees, charges, or penalties applicable on the usage of the credit card shall be governed by YES BANK’s schedule of charges.The App shall not levy any additional charges for onboarding or linking your credit card unless otherwise notified.

All card data and personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the App’s Privacy Policy. The App complies with RBI and NPCI-mandated Infosec standards. However, YES BANK remains the issuer and controller of your credit card data.

All disputes related to card transactions, including billing issues, will be governed by YES BANK’s grievance redressal mechanism. For technical issues related to the Light App’s functioning, users may contact our support team at support@lightcred.com.

Light App reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to UPI credit card features in the event of fraud, misuse, or regulatory requirements. YES BANK also reserves the right to delink your card from UPI at its sole discretion.

Light App shall not be liable for any transaction failure or misuse of the credit card, except where proven to be caused due to gross negligence on part of the App.YES BANK remains solely responsible for card issuance, billing, dispute handling, and fraud monitoring.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the App or registered email/SMS.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
