Step 4: Contact Your Bank if the Issue Persists

In case the issue cannot be solved with the help of the app, one should contact the bank itself. Contact the customer care helpline of the bank or go to its closest branch. Enter all the details such as transaction ID (UTR number), date and time of transaction, amount debited, your UPI ID, and a screenshot.
